Navigating the Account Settings Interface
On mahjong188, Account Settings is accessible from the top-right menu (on desktop) or the hamburger menu (on mobile). The interface displays several tabs or sections: Profile, Payment Methods, Security, Transaction History, and Withdrawal Status. Each section handles a distinct function. You do not need to visit all sections daily—most users check them only when managing payment methods or withdrawals.
The layout is consistent across web browser and mobile app. On desktop, the full interface is visible at once. On mobile, tabs stack vertically for easier scrolling. Your account data is encrypted and stored securely; all changes are logged with timestamps.
Profile and KYC Verification
The Profile tab displays your registered name, email, phone number, and date of birth. This information is collected during signup and used for KYC (know-your-customer) verification. Before you can withdraw funds on mahjong188, we require proof of identity—typically a national ID scan and a photo with the ID. This verification prevents fraud and complies with anti-money-laundering regulations.
Upload your documents in the KYC section of your Profile. Our verification team reviews submissions within standard processing windows. Once approved, you can withdraw immediately. If documents are rejected, the system explains why (e.g., image too blurry, document expired) and allows resubmission.

Managing Payment Methods in Account Settings
The Payment Methods tab lists all active deposit and withdrawal methods linked to your mahjong188 account. Common options include DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). You can add multiple payment methods and choose which one to use for each deposit or withdrawal.
Adding and Removing Payment Methods
Click "Add Payment Method" and follow the gateway's setup flow. For e-wallets like mobile banking or local payment, you authorize mahjong188 to access your account; no additional registration is needed. For bank virtual accounts like online payment or e-walletwe generate a unique account number for you to use when initiating transfers.
To remove a payment method, click the menu icon next to it and select "Delete". Removed methods cannot be used for future deposits or withdrawals, but your transaction history with that method remains visible in Transaction History.
Payment Method Preferences
mahjong188 remembers your last-used payment method, so subsequent deposits default to that option. You can override this during deposit or withdrawal by selecting a different method from the dropdown. Some payment methods have minimum or maximum transaction limits; these are displayed when you select the method.
Security Settings and Two-Factor Authentication
The Security tab is where you manage your password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), and review login activity. Two-factor authentication adds a second verification step: after entering your password, you must provide a one-time code sent to your email or registered phone number. This protects your account from unauthorized access even if your password is compromised elsewhere online.
To enable 2FA on mahjong188:
- Go to Account Settings > Security.
- Select "Enable Two-Factor Authentication".
- Choose delivery method: email or SMS.
- Complete verification by entering the code sent to your email or phone.
- Your 2FA is now active; all future logins will require the additional code.
Password Management
Your mahjong188 password must be at least eight characters and include uppercase, lowercase, and numbers. We recommend using a unique password not used on other websites. To reset your password, click "Change Password" in the Security tab, enter your current password, and set a new one. The change takes effect immediately.
If you forget your password entirely, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will be sent a reset link to your registered email. Click it to set a new password. For your security, reset links expire after a few hours, so act promptly.
Login Activity Log
The Security tab also displays a log of recent logins, including date, time, device type, and IP address. Review this periodically to ensure all logins are yours. If you spot an unfamiliar login, contact our support team immediately and consider resetting your password.
Transaction History and Withdrawal Status
The Transaction History tab is a complete audit trail of every activity on your mahjong188 account: deposits, game spins, sports bets on Free Fire or Liga 1live-dealer sessions, and withdrawals. Each entry shows the date, time, activity type, amount, and running balance. You can filter by date range or activity type (Deposit, Game, Bet, Withdrawal) to find specific transactions.
The Withdrawal Status tab shows all pending and completed withdrawal requests. When you request a withdrawal, it appears here as "Pending Review". Our verification team checks that your account details match your withdrawal method and that your KYC status is current. Once approved, the status changes to "Approved" and funds are sent to your payment method. Account Settings allows you to customize which notifications you receive. You can enable or disable alerts for deposits confirmed, withdrawals approved, new Free Fire marketssecurity alerts (login from new device, password change, 2FA activation), and promotional updates. Most users enable security alerts and disable promotions. You control this entirely in your preferences.
Notifications are delivered via email or in-app alert, depending on your preference. Critical security alerts (unauthorized login attempt, suspicious activity) are always sent regardless of preference settings, as they require immediate attention.
Account Closure and Data Deletion Requests
If you wish to close your mahjong188 account, visit the Account Settings footer and select "Request Account Closure". Your account will be deactivated after a short waiting period (standard cooling-off window), and all future logins will be blocked. You must withdraw your full balance before closure; any remaining balance is forfeited.
Data deletion requests follow mahjong188's privacy policy. Upon closure, we retain only the minimal data required by law (transaction records for anti-money-laundering compliance). Personal information like your phone number, email, and KYC documents are permanently deleted after standard retention periods unless legal obligations require retention.
